What is Target Health Corporate?

TargetHealth Corporate (TH - Corp) is an ingenious health & lifestyle profiling system where Health Professionals can enter information obtained from a variety of questionnaires and assessments (including on-site pathology). This information is then evaluated to produce a lifestyle health report and rating. The entire assessment takes between 30 and 40 minutes with instant production of results, evaluation and individually tailored action plans.
The closer the "rating colour" is to blue, the better an individual's lifestyle health.

Results are used to calculate "lifestyle age" immediate comparison to actual age. In TargetHealth (and in life), the better your lifestyle the younger you are!
Better yet TargetHealth then identifies the priority areas from a health profile (those areas rated closer to red) and develops a personal health plan (PHP) based entirely on the unique lifestyle health "fingerprint" of the individual. From here health professionals and their clients are able to access the Target Health Toolboxes which are programs (and where appropriate links) that have been created by experts to specifically address the priority areas derived from the TargetHealth corporate health check.

Health professionals and clients are then able to access and compare results (after follow-up health checks) as lifestyle improves and profiles shift towards the blue "Target Zone".

Once TargetHealth corporate has created a profile and health plan, you will have ongoing access to TargetHealth products and services that will optimise the outcomes of the program.

Essentially TargetHealth Corporate is a stream-lined version of TargetHealth Pro and allows health professionals to deliver cutting edge health checks that suit time-poor clients in the corporate environment.
