What is Target Health?
Target Health is an ingenious health & lifestyle
profiling system where individuals and Health Professionals can
enter information obtained from a variety of tests (including
pathology tests) and questionnaires. This information is then
evaluated to produce a lifestyle health report and rating, the
closer your “rating colour” is to blue, the better your lifestyle
health.
Your results are used to calculate "lifestyle age" with an
immediate comparison to actual age. In Target Health, the better
your lifestyle the younger you are!
Better yet Target Health then identifies the priority areas from
your profile (those where you rated closer to red) and constructs a
personal health plan (PHP) based entirely on your unique lifestyle
health “fingerprint”. From here you or your health professional are
able to access the Busting Free Toolboxes which are programs (and
where appropriate links) that have been created by experts to
specifically address the priority areas derived from your personal
Target Health evaluation.
You or your health professional are able to access your results
at any time, compare results as your lifestyle health improves and
navigate your way to full blue lifestyle health.
Once the LHP has created your profile and health plan, you will
have ongoing access to Busting Free products and services that will
help you control your health and your life.
