How does it work?

256-BC jog

Participants complete a graded exercise test on a bike or treadmill whilst wearing a mask that collects samples of the expired air during the test

Clients continue until the unit tells the health professional that the individuals metabolism has become inefficient (this is sometimes called the anaerobic threshold)

The test is stopped BEFORE the client reaches maximum levels because all the vital information for assessing metabolism is collected before maximum is reached

Your results are then used to develop an exercise program that is based entirely on your own unique physiology, all science and no guessing!

You may also use the results to plan your nutrition intake as you will now KNOW how many calories  your body is burning each day

Athletes may use the information to determine performance training zones in-competition nutrition requirements or for measuring improvements in sustainable aerobic capacity.
