We will be scheduling and conducting various courses &
seminars in the future. However until we have a little more
traction we will put these on hold or until we have significant
interest in the following programs.
Our experienced presenters can tailor presentations to suit your
specific needs.
Presentations and workshops may be structured around short
interventions (1-2 hours) or be delivered across half-day full-day
or even multi-day formats.
Topics can be developed in consultation with the client.
Areas of specific expertise include:
Workplace health, lifestyle interventions and coaching,
nutrition for health and weight management, building a healthy
future & Health Profiling through workplace assessment.
We also have strong links to industry leading presenters in
other areas such as Jennifer Jefferies the world-renowned work/life

1. Energy In – Energy Out - a 2
day program designed to help you to Bust Free & seek better
Health and an improved Lifestyle.
- You will learn 2 key principles
- How to eat nutritious healthy food
- How to be physically active
- You will discover that each key principle will contain 4-5 key
primary elements.
This is a 2 day / weekend program with lots of active breaks and
hands on cooking experiences.
