Health Check Options

1. TargetHealth Corporate.

Individual onsite assessment with personalised advice from a qualified health professional.   Duration - 30 - 40 minutes

Health Check includes: cholesterol (HDL & LDL), blood glucose, blood pressure, Waist-Hip ratio, cardio-vascular assessment, dietary & nutritional evaluation, work-life balance, physical activity evaluation, sleep quality and lifestyle assessment. 

Resources include: Personal Health Plan including activity plan, specific and general dietary advice meal plans and healthy recipes.          

General Cost -$ 145 / person

2. TargetHealth Professional Health Assessment.

 A more comprehensive approach to make sure all bases are covered. Individual testing and assessment with personalised advice from a health professional.

Duration - 2 hours

 Full Assessment includes: Full blood pathology and physical testing including CRP (inflammatory marker), cholesterol (HDL & LDL), blood glucose, cardio-vascular assessment including VO2 max, blood pressure, Waist-Hip ratio, body composition, dietary & nutritional evaluation, work-life balance, physical activity evaluation, sleep quality and lifestyle assessment.

Resources include: Personal Health Plan including activity plan, specific and general dietary advice with meal plans and healthy recipes.        

 General Cost- $295 / person

Points for consideration........

Organisations often choose to implement cost sharing of the program where employers and employees split the costs:

 EG: Employer Pays part program cost (say 60%) and facilitates the implementation by allowing employees paid time to participate. Employee agrees to pay part cost of 40%

All expenditure on employees for the purpose of health promotion and/or assessment programs is tax deductible to businesses
